About Us
Sherlene graduated from the University of London, admitted and enrolled as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya.
She commenced practice in a boutique law firm and later joined a reputable diversified corporation as a legal in-house counsel overseeing the entire legal matters of the companies under several lines of business including property, construction, retail, food & beverages, e-commerce, automotive and renewable energy. With the benefit from her previous role as in-house legal counsel, in which she participated closely in corporate strategy and structure, financing and corporate exercises, commercial negotiations and decisions, and management and operation, it is perceived as an added value to her services.
In 2023, Sherlene Lai & Co is founded and she continues to specialize in corporate law pertaining to formation and management of companies and commercial law which governs commercial transactions or deals.
